I'm so tired of this back and forth. The media has convicted this guy in the court of public opinion. I hope when he's exonerated that he sues the pants off of the likes of Sharpton, et al.

I do not have enough information to make an opinion. This is up to the police and courts to decide not the media.

I do. Anything the poverty pimps Sharpton, Jackson, and the media psychos favor, I am against.

I don’t think anyone should participate in a poll about whether to arrest someone. It’s not a matter for public opinion. How about a poll about whether the public should wait until the investigation is over and the facts are known before forming opinions about guilt?

We’ve got waaaaay too many CSI “experts” in this country. Arrested! Arrested for what?

Gee, why have a grand jury, lets decide by poll. And then, if the poll says he should be arrested we will just do another poll on whether or not he is guilty.

Yay for justice!

USSC case Frank vs Magnum (1915) or does our “living constitution” now permit lynching by public opinion. Oh well, the street mob ended up hanging Leo Frank as well.

I said no, just because I’m sick of leftist demagoguery and manipulation of tragedies to rouse their hate mongers. Even if George Zimmerman turns out to be guilty, he could never receive a fair trial.

The police have already said they CAN’T arrest him because they have no probable cause. The police observed Zimmerman’s injuries corroborating his story of self-defense, which fits what the 911 calls and the sworn statements by witnesses have said. The gun had a full magazine and no bullet in the chamber which means that something stopped the next bullet from loading, suggesting that there was another hand on the gun besides that of the shooter.

The Martin family is claiming that the police report is fabricated and the witnesses have all been tampered with. They are alleging a vast conspiracy to cover up the truth.

But then again, they claim that the surveillance video from when Zimmerman was brought in to the police station for questioning is the “icing on the cake” to prove that Zimmerman had no head injury - even though it is clear that he’s got a gash on the back of his head.

Yes, he should be arrested, then let go because of self defense.

Then the Zimmerman family should file a billion dollar lawsuit, naming the networks and Sharpton as co-defendents.

And make it publicly know that you have Gloria Allred representing you.

"Yes, he should be arrested, then let go because of self defense."

That already happened. He was taken to the police station that night in handcuffs and later released.

This is up to the police and courts to decide not the media.

I think the local police pretty much made up their mind a month ago when they released Zimmerman. Regardless of if we like it or not the media and race pimps are now leading the charge to influence this case and have charges filed against him.
