I saw a purple car yesterday.
In yesteryears I saw a purple Thing down at the beach.
It had a rack for surf boards.
In the morrows yesteryears what words will look back on and think. That sure sounds funny when you say it.

In yesteryears I saw a purple Thing down at the beach.I'll post notice of an upcoming birthday, if somebody would like to give me a Thing. I thought they were atrocious at the time, but now I'd love to own one in good condition. Then again, I'm a VW guy. A Wesfalia "Westy" VW Type 2 (the Type 2's what people call a "minibus") or a Karmann Ghia convertible wouldn't be so bad, either.
I think we should all get vintage VW Things and make them the official vehicle of the UT.
