Nothing earthshaking here, but a neat little story. My oldest brother had a Mercury Comet. Can't remember the year, just that it was copper-red with white leather and a landau top. Beautiful ride.

I don’t know if Jay Leno would want her car, but I think she could get a pretty penny for it.
I amazed at the car with the 3 millions miles, just amazed.

223K on mine. The more work I do on it, as opposed to my dealer, the better it runs...

I have 1,367,000 miles on my 65 Chevy PU but it is on it’s 6th engine and upgraded to a late 350 and a 700R4 auto trans.
I’ll keep it and drive it until they bury me!

I had an 82 Mazda RX-7 that got rid of with over 380,000 on it. The driver’s seat kept losing all the stuffing in it and my ass hurt from riding on the frame. Poor seats were known in all Rx-7’s.

I owned a light blue 65 Comet I bought from a family member. I wish I would have had the time to put a 289 in it. I ended up selling it to someone who wanted to restore it. One buddy in high school had a 65 and dropped a 351 in it LOL. The 65's were a wider body and had the headlights like the Fairlanes. Two on each side stacked.
I had a 66 Fairlane wagon when I was 16. That was the first car I had too drive on the road. The first car I just too drove around in the field at about 12 years old was an old 55 Plymouth Belvedere wagon dad let me have. I still have the center cap of a ship off the steering wheel LOL.
