Why don't they call it what it is? A Dictator granting Citizenship to criminal invaders, ala "Pardons", without input, review, or consent of Congress.

so in addition to the current in-house crop of illegals, we now have to worry about those who are a result of ‘delivery tourism’, born ‘citizens’, who can now legally emigrate to the USA under said waiver system along with mommyanddaddy and grandpa and uncles?
