Ugly thing? You heretic. You steer with the handle bars. I put the bush hog on the front lat weekend to cut a trail through the woods for my kid and I was taking down saplings that were over an inch thick. The Gravely isn't a child's toy. It's a big kids toy.
Mine is way nicer than that roach.

That brings back memories. I used one about 40 years ago on a summer job. It looked just like the one in your picture but it had a rotary lawn mower head. It was built like a tank, wish I had one now.
