A fascinating a worthwhile post by the way, and I thank you for it, it’s a shame that both elected and appointed officials from the federal level down, have been either threatened, bought off, or simply cowed to look the other way and say nothing.
The federal regime in Washington is increasingly illegitimate, invalid, and without any legal authority whatsoever. But we all knew that anyhow.
Neither does the entire House of Representatives, Senate, Malkin, Hannity, Levin, Cavuto, Stoesel, Michael Medved, Laura Ingraham, Neal Boortz, Michael Savage, Bill O'Reilly, etc. It's as if everybody mentioned above was threatened to be killed or have their families killed.

Maybe it’s a behind-the-scenes project of his. I don’t think all of what Rush does is accessible by tuning in to the EIB.
Not defending Rushbo because I've made the same comment many times ... however, there are other so called conservatives commentators (Hannity, for one) that won't go there either. If this story breaks and goes mainstream these so called conservative media types will be retiring, or doing something else, their credibility completely gone.
