He can’t pull the trick that FDR threatened to pull. FDR had Democrat support in the House, which can pass law that increases the number of judges sitting on the USSC. If he comes strutting into the GOP house asking for that, he’s only going to get hooted at.
The day he is thrown out of office can’t come soon enough.
The POS would be a fool to cut Medicare payments to physicians before the election. This is something he would do if he wins though.

Is he allowed to interfere in the court’s business like this? Seems I would not be allowed to contact the court and threaten them with death and destruction if they did not rule as I dictate.

They get pissed from all this and strike it down, and he gets to say Vote for me, I’ll fix SCOTUS with upcoming appointments.

No doubt Obama has already received good indications of how the voting on Obamacare is going to go from his two stooges on the Court - if he’s still trying to intimidate them into voting his way, he must be pretty sure they aren’t going to vote his way.......
