They say Commerce Secretary, John Bryson had a seizure while driving Saturday. I think he might have just fantod due to skipping breakfast that day. Either way, I hope he’s OK.

I'm actually using the hotel to convert my (pre-travel) twenty-dollar “dollars” to Euro’s.
Only local businesses NOT accepting the Visa and Mastercard and AMEX are the telephone “regargo” (recharging) shops. Funny thing, the nuclear plant also uses “recargo” for their “refueling” paperwork. My access magnetic badge and car pass, for example, are labelled “Recargo” ... 8<)
Here, my AMEX and MasterCard are getting rejected at the ATM’s when I try to withdraw “cash”. Mean anything? Don't know.
I don’t know, it was Italy’s 4th largest bank that has frozen all of its depositors assets and is not conducting ANY transactions. I wondered what Spain was like now that they got their bailout.
Truthy was absent yesterday, probably off visiting one of his various progeny. But had he been here, i feel pretty sure he would have said fantod=schpilkies.
We had a very violent storm rip through here Sunday evening—very localized, small footprint, extremely high winds. Trees were down, which caused power lines to fall. We lost power until yesterday early morning, and internet/tv/phone until mid-afternoon. Several homes were damaged by falling trees, but we were very fortunate and only lost some big branches.

That is unfortunate because both of them are devout Christians.
She doesn’t come across as terribly bright or devout, unfortunately. We don’t set rules? of course we don’t, God does, and it’s called the Bible. my SIL questioned what sort of church she attends if she is this ignorant of biblical teaching. And apparently she made the calculated call that embracing the Ghey will bring in more fans than it cuts loose.
She grew up Baptist so I’m sure she is well acquainted with the Bible but I think in her profession she comes across a lot of gay folk. I also think she’s a very savvy professional in handling her career. I think she will hear some pushback from this. Her husband helps with Room in the Inn, the program lots of our churches provide during the cold months. He and Shane Doan are Christian leaders on their respective teams and communities and good friends.
