The liberals rely on incremental gains as we get sucked into all or nothing each election.
The left is far smarter than we will ever be and explains why the have won the culture war in the US.
We are waiting for Godot.

Other than I have real trouble with the we and I know certain Freepers don’t want me as part of the we, but you have hit the nail on the head when it comes to the reality of the situation.
For motivation to vote for and even support Romney all I need is to think how little I would like a Supreme Court decision written by Justice Holder or Clinton.

The ratchet effect. Ratchets move forward in small increments; they never move backwards.
Just look at what the EPA (a Nixon creation) has done. They have completely changed the electricity generation industry with no vote by Congress by essentially banning coal power plants.
Where is the R leadership on this???
The EPA didn’t get this power overnight.

Now that Romney has removed all doubt about planning on implementing "comprehensive immigration reform," I am reconsidering my support of him as being the lesser of two evils.
I hope Ron Paul turns the convention inside-out.
The worst that could happen is we wind up with Romney.
