A Dunkin' Donuts employee making a bank deposit for her store left 55 grams of marijuana with the deposit, according to St. Augustine police.

Kimberley Kelley, 30, was arrested Tuesday at Regions Bank on South Ponce de Leon Boulevard.

Police said bank employees locked the marijuana in the vault and called the Police Department. They said when Kelley was told that the bank deposit slip would not be available until the following day, she asked bank employees if she left anything else in with the deposit.

The bank teller told Kelley that there was another item in the bag, and Kelley asked if she could have it back, police said.

The teller told Kelley she could not have it back, and Kelley went inside the bank to talk to the bank manager, police said.

An officer arrived at the bank, field tested the marijuana, and after obtaining a positive result for marijuana, he arrested Kelley and transported her to the St. Johns County Jail.

Kelley was released Wednesday on $5,000 bond.

That’s really funny.

(Arkansas walked in a run, SC leads 3-2 after 7.)
