This reminds me of back when I used to drink. I’d get all justifiably PO’ed about some personal or technical affront and walk around mumbling to myself - to the consternation of my three chihuahuas.
God intervened and kindly impressed on me that- IT AIN’T ABOUT ME! (I handled the ‘10 elections much better than I did the ‘08 fiasco)
Now I don’t know who this Quix character is, don’t recall seeing any posts from the guy(girl?). But just by the evidence presented here and after a quick look at that TBR site, I’d have to say...

JeanS happens to be one of the nicest FReepers I have met in my short time here. She’s one of four FReepers who have my personal cell phone number and someone I consider a dear friend.
I didn’t like the humblegunner bashing and I don’t like this either. It serves only as a vehicle for trashing and stirring up unwanted, unneeded trouble at FR. Please let them go on their way without leaving a mess behind.

I hear you and I agree. If the goal of those at that site is simply to damage FR, we have far more important issues at hand than defending ourselves from continued nonsense from those who have dual membership.

As long as we have FR then we have hope and a mission. Trending down can be good... we are getting rid of the socialists and “moderates”. I know that is redundant but it is true. Some that are leaving are more pro Republican Party than they are Conservative. I WAS a republican because of what the party stood for at one time... especially under Reagan. They have changed and so now I am an Independent Conservative that votes for Conservative republicans. We never needed those party first guys because they are in it only for the party to win... we are in it for America and everyone calling him or herself an American can be winners. They just do not understand the concept. Be glad they are gone. New Conservatives are being born every day... and they are finding their way here... and that is a trend that will continue and expand.

A guy who nobody knows who he was on FR made a site called True Blue Freedom in 2009 or 2010 to attract people from FR who wanted a backup form and for all those interested.
But it devolved into a site when people against this site FR, calling it the TOS (The Other Site), started migrating to and ranting and attacking FR. Basically it was your garden variety Leftist and Rino who either had beef with this site or hated the site.
Well the original owner quit and let the site expire as he no longer piad for the website space. So it migrated to a new host renaming itself, with a new owner, True Blue Liberty. A lot of the Romney supporters belong to it now and people banned off here.
The crowd is as rino and leftist as it gets. at True Blue Liberty. They ran off that one guy who used to go after Palin on here but liked Bachmann as he was too conservative for them there.
Those people there are nuts.
What a shame; I thought Quix was a usually a good poster. This election season seems to have really sown dissension that seems pointless.
