Having been at the raw end of the odd poster fka Quix, I am happy he left. I ping the Catholic Caucus for comments and possibly other opinions.

No worries. According to the data, FR is making big inroads with the "cable balloon surveillance" crowd.

That’s the bottom line. Anything beyond that is not relevant. We can accept that or leave quietly...because making noise about it is meaningless. Jim will decide as he will and the site will continue or fail.
The most interesting thin i this to me is that whether people agree with FR policy or not, There see to be a significant number of folks with the very same philosophy (there and still here) that fuels the OWSies.
They think their bitching carries some innate ‘right’ to call the shots and dictate ‘change’. Nor does $$$. That’s why it’s a ‘freely given donation’. No strings attached means just that.
And we see where that got the OWSies. Perhaps TBL and those still here sharing their philosophy should reflect on that.
Do I think Jim is right or wrong? What I think doesn’t make a damn bit of difference. That’s a lesson they need to learn for themselves.

LOL. I don’t know. They are the banned for the better part and I’m sure I didn’t like some of them. I think they hate people they think are close to Jim. Perhaps helping on the FReepathons (which they mock and deride) is one reason.
I certainly didn't agree with him about everything, but I always valued his contributions, however loopy they sometimes were.
