MIAMI — Administrators at a charter school repeatedly failed to take action after a 7-year-old student was bullied and sexually assaulted by an older classmate to the point that he attempted suicide, the boy’s mother claims in a lawsuit filed Monday.

The boy, identified only as “John” in the lawsuit, first told his mother in November 2011 that the 11-year-old boy “made me do something nasty” in the back of a school bus, according to a police report. The boy said he was forced to perform oral sex on the classmate, “J.R.” who warned him, “If you don’t do this, I’m gonna hurt you,” the report says.

So many children are being abused as their innocence is raped by adult perverts who refuse to protect them from adult perversion. Second to abortion, socially engineering the normalancy of adult sexual perversion is the most evil action liberals have ever taken against American society.

From the article, I didn’t see when the Mom of the Victim reported it to the Police. I am not blaming the Victim, or the Mom, but after the first time, why did she ever let her child step foot in that school or ride the bus?

When did the Principal notify police? Lots of unanswered questions in the article.

I read different sources and it appears to me the mom reported it to the prinicipal who promised her it would not happen again and it did. She did not go to the police and she put her kid back on the bus! She totally messed up, in my opinion.

But the boy attempting to commit suicide demonstrates how serious homosexual abuse is for boys. Many commit suicide. Adults should not be raping the innocence of children in order to normalize homosexuality and sluthood.

In TX, it’s a crime to NOT report sexual abuse of a minor.
Here in my town in TX, I am aware of some school employees and officials who have been prosecuted for not reporting. They also were fired from their jobs.

It might be a crime in Florida, too. I should think a prosecutor would have grabbed this if the rape went unreported to the police, but maybe not.

Since the child was raped after the mom reported it to the school, it seems like it was not reported to the police or the perp would not have been on the bus to victimze again.

Strange case. Poor kid abandoned by the adults around him to more and more abuse. Sandusky’s victims experienced the same tender mercies from the sick adults and authority figures around them. Too many play down the damage homo rape does to boys. It should have the impulse of a blazing fire; not a school yard antic of ‘bullying.’
