I’m sure you have eaten your share of them! My nephew and niece are driving down from Ohio, should be here by the time i get home from work. Will be nice to have the cousins visiting. going to grill some marinated shrimp and vegetables. did some over the weekend and it was GOOD.
Congrats on your FIL’s turn-around. Now would be a good time to get his affairs in order, such as wills, trusts, long term care options, etc. Not that my husband and I have dones that for ourselves, but that is what we are going through with my mom. It’s a pain.
my husband and i are both lawyers, his dad is set in that regard.

We had a storm last evening that brought 2 inches of rain, and there may be more later today-yippee! In one of the beds in the side yard, there are 8 little pink rain lily plants getting ready to bloom-I will cut the flowers and some decorative native grass for a bouquet for the kitchen island...
