I will be depressed with you, if it is not Rubio-while he may not be the most experienced, he is smart, knows what hard work is and he isn’t afraid to go on the attack, if needed. The other choices might as well be carrying a calculator and cell phone around-boring. And it is not just because he is hispanic, although it does give him an edge on those issues, too.
The rest of them might as well be invisible they are nonentities. And yes Hispanic is exactly what we need to generate some enthusiasm. The rest of them are soporifics!!

I was discussing the VP thing with a neighbor over the weekend-we were both hiking the same trail Saturday morning. She asked what I thought of Daniels, and I told her he was probably as effective as Ambien-she gave me a say-what look, so I said boring, and she said oh, you are right. I convinced her that Rubio was a much better choice.
Is anyone watching Cavuto? I just heard him fire off the words “hard” and “stiff” in referring to mayor-wanna-be Weiner-does any city need a mayor who is the-um, butt-of so many jokes...

Leaving the Senate to be Veep would hurt the Country longterm, because he will be President someday.
There perhaps won’t be much of a country left to preside over if he isn’t on the ticket to boost romneys chances. The other potential candidates are woefully bland and nondescript.
And Daniels is a dang midget! Besides the wife has some nefarious past that won’t permit him to run. She left him and the kids and ran off to California for awhile.

well i know they’d have a conniption over the natural born citizen crap, but they are a fringe minority are they not? the populace at large is not going to fixate on that crap. i know hobbes thinks we have a stone cold lock on this election, and that it isn’t necessary to have a draw such as rubio, but i am not convinced. i think we are tempting fate by selecting these vanilla whitebread boring white dudes [pawlenty, portman, thune, and Mitch Daniels from MIDGETVILLE]. MAYBE paul ryan could be ok, but the rest of that slate of nobodies, i just don’t think is going to elicit enough excitement. and no jindal won’t do it either though he’s more chocolate than vanilla, and more cajun gumbo than whitebread.
