I got crashed into by a black man at the grocery store, I turned and looked after him waiting for him to say “scuse me” but he kept going. It was a deliberate act of agression. I am a small white female.

In line at a a bureaucratic office, I said hi to a little boy in line with his dad. The little boy said nothing. His dad said “she said hi, say hi”. He didn’t. To my shock his dad then said to me, “He has to deal with Caucasians at school”. I had nothing to say to that; I was too floored.

Hatred of whites is a cultural value of the American black community. We are only here to be taken advantage of.

There are two critical elements here.

The first, and lesser of the two is the witness. But such “onlooker” testimony is seen as suspect compared to the testimony of someone actively involved.

More importantly, her drivers side window was shattered. If it was shattered by blunt force from the outside, she is acquitted. If it was shattered by her shooting through it, she just gunned him down.

The forensic evidence should be obvious. Either the shattered window has a bullet hole in it, or not, and most of the glass is either outside or inside of the vehicle.

Hopefully there will be video from the store to help clear this up a little. If anyone acts hostile towards my wife after an accident I hope she graves’em on the spot!

When I lived in Houston I used to go by a convenience store every Sunday after mass to pick up a paper. One Sunday morning a big fat mean black woman came in while I was waiting in line. She shouted from the back of the store to the Asian clerk "Where is the Haagen Das?" some flavor or other. When the clerk responded that all they had was on the shelf she started calling him names and getting all pissed off. I made the mistake of saying something along the lines of "It's Sunday morning. Just be nice." She turned her ire on me then. I was glad to get out of there alive.

Bottom line, I think this woman was looking for an excuse to kill a Whitey. I think a lot of Eric Holder's people are.

Just as with the Zimmerman case I want to see the details.Videos...eyewitnesses...forensic evidence,etc,etc.If there are no videos or reliable eyewitnesses then look into the backgrounds of both the shooter and the dead guy.Black people obviously have just as much right to defend themselves when threatened as do whites regardless of the race of the attacker.Zimmerman has the photos of his bloody head.If the woman was,in fact,justified in doing what she did let's hope that she has something equally as convincing.

Folks, as a lifelong Texan let me tell you something - this is Texas. And for as long as I’ve lived here, in many instances cars are treated like a home. And this exact scenario has happened several times in the past. Jerk a car door open and you die. Plain and simple.

So if you think you’re the Long Ranger or the Caped Avenger, or the father of 12, or anything else - keep you’re freaking hands off of my car door or you will eat a 9mm CorBon.

And yes absolutely - An armed society IS a polite society. Whether I believe that you have somehow disrespected me or not, I’m not jerking your car door open, and I’ll see that you’ll do the same.

This woman should be charged with murder

She shot THROUGH the car window. So there was NO threat. He may even have been yelling at her... but MUCH LESS a danger than if he had, oh... I dunno... dropped her on the ground with a sucker punch and sat on top of her bashing her head into the ground.
