If you saw that happening in your yard, to your best friend, would you shoot the bastard who did it? Oh...and what if the person was wearing a uniform, would it matter?

I know what the rational answer should be, but emotion and instantaneous pure hatred would probably get the better of me in that situation.

I don’t know that I would shoot him, but I would certainly beat him senseless (or worse)... Mainly because I don’t know if I could get to my firearms before he left the yard. One of the pooper-scooper shovels would be very close at hand...
