These Californication people are moving into Texas in droves. Selling their 300K dollar trailer houses, buying up brush country and hill country land, inflating the cost of our property.
This is only inflating property value on property that I own that had a book value of $1200/acre value 5 years ago now to over $8000/acre for BRUSH country.
Worse than that they bring their liberal values and want to recreate their utopia that they so hated in the non-State they just left.
Be very careful who you ask into your paradise.....

You sure that is what you want? They foul their nest, then leave to go to a nice clean area, become voters, then try to pass the same laws that fouled their nest where they used to live.
