This is a bald face lie. Many years back, I was privy to a report that stated that blacks, by percentage of population, was large in the military than whites. That even though there are more whites in the population than blacks, the percentage of the Army’s population that was black was larger than whites according to the USA population percentages. If that makes sense to you.

According to Heritage Foundation, blacks are very slightly over-represented in the military, AS ARE WHITES! Hispanics and Orientals are under-represented.
