Joe Biden is very fond of repeating "Osama bin Laden is dead, and GM is alive."
A good comeback for that would be:
Our ambassador is dead, and Al Qaeda is very much alive.

Every time Bite me says anything about “taxing the rich” or “fair share”, just say there is nothing keeping rich liberals from sending an additional check to the IRS on a monthly basis.

Ryan has to push him hard, and call him on his lies. That’s when Biden makes his famous gaffes, when he’s mad or on the defensive, or trying to be funny.
Ryan visibly relaxes and gets in the zone the moment he says anything about numbers.That appears to be his happy place.

So Martha will say something flattering to Paul, comparing him to a well known democrat and then let Biden hack away at whatever his response is.
