Romnet had better be prepared for China, economically, politically, and militarily. Obama will tout the fact that he’s sent a CVN into the disputed waters. Central Asia should be a focus. A lot of serious stuff is going on in the former USSR ‘stans. There’s also a chance to revisit F&F as relations with Mexico should come up.

Romney wins just by showing command of the facts regarding foreign policy — this is really the only remaining question with voters that have been fed the line about his fictional ‘gaffes’ in this area.
To add icing to the cake, Obama should be on the defensive for most of the night, since everything being discussed will tie into HIS record that Romney has NOTHING to do with. Plus, he will not have nearly as much of a stacked deck against him like last debate, so he has a much better chance to win it on points.
Add it all together and it’s hard for me to see how Romney doesn’t come out on top — barring some major mistake.
1. Moderator will be an Obama Supporter Conspirator
2. Obama will know questions ahead of time.
3. Romney will be interrupted 3:1 over Obama.
4. Obama will attempt to ridicule Romney.
5. Romney will be a gentleman.
6. Obama will get at least 3.20 more minutes to speak.
7. Moderator will side with Obama at least once.
8. Moderator will lead the answer when Obama is questioned?
9. Obama will stutter.
10. Obama will say “let me make myself perfectly clear” more than 5 times.
11. Obama will begin every response for which he does not have answer with, ... “I was born a poor black child ...”
