After the auto unions supported bammy, would you ever consider buying a car from the Big Three again?

Ford only and just to rent, not to buy.

I’d rather buy and drive a Studebaker. (I own one)

You said it was critical to buy American.

I asked you why.

You dodged the question.

Buy American to support American workers.

Any other questions?

Hi tstarr...I would be very interested in information on conservative businesses if y’all put something together, so please ping me or FReepmail me...thanks for this UAW link/information...I can’t decide whether to keep my Chevy Malibu until it dies or buy a good used Toyota Camry or Sonata. I drove to MI from NC the week before the (horrible) election and rented a new Ford Taurus, which was the most uncomfortable car I’ve ever driven. I will never buy from union companies again if I can help it...shame on them.

I think the list you’re contemplating is an excellent idea and I hope it includes many different business/enterprises not just auto. Thanks again and may God bless.

Dude, don't even. If your point is that I should blindly pay people who have repeatedly ROBBED me, my wife, and children

Dudette, are you a globalist, internationalist, UN supporting, anti-American?

No. “Union made” to me means it stays on the shelf. I don’t trust the quality nor work-ethic, and I don’t want to support such corrupt organizations.

My 2002 Ford F250 SD was built in a non-union Kentucky plant. And it has the bullet proof 7.3 diesel that should give me over 500k miles easy before any maintenance required, then only injectors if at all.

I lan on keeping it forever. I am saving for some upgrades to be done next year (leather seats are worn out). It is also my tow vehicle for our travel trailer, which is our entertainment and could be bug-out rig.

I would never buy Chrysler, it was given to the frogs, and willard was correct, all jeep production may actually move to china, not just net new factories. Interestingly though with china’s economy collapsing, europe cratering, and the us 6 months from a massive double dip, likely even net new factories won’t be built. Throw in guaranteed war in the ME now that the pretender has been re-upped, global economic melt own is all but insured.

With that said GM is on a path to liquidation. The pretenders interference with ch11, means as they rapidly loose market share again, no private capital will ever be available. Unless they win the various lawsuits and file ch11 before O’bambi is removed or finishes his term, they are done, you could not pay me to own one.

Ford is getting it done, they don’t have many of the other issues that the other 2 have. They have the union issue. Like boeing, they have the ability to go to right to work, when the SHTF to survive.

All that said those that are carping on quality, ford is way up, chrysler is ok, gm is cratering(compared to the over all market)

Ok so going forward.

Enormous change is coming, auto worker will likley be an oxymoron in less the 7 years. Robotics are now able to do anything a human can do except program themselves.

When we get on the other side of of the financial cliff, the UAW will not exist, their pensions will be gone, their health insurance will be gone, the bond holders from the original will be whole. If the bondholders are not made whole, our entire system of property ownership falls, and the totalitarian left will have enslave the sheeple.

By made whole, all assets will be taken, including the uaw’s % of ownership plus interest.

Side note, because of the dexterity of the new robots and the incredible productivity and reproducibility they have shown, virtually all mass manufacturing will lose its human component. This means china, mexico, etc no longer have a competitive advantage. Thus shipping and energy become the major determining issues of where to make your widget.

It also means that teachers unions must go away so demand can meet the supply of technical jobs we need in 5 years, aint gonna happen, thus we will continue to have emigrants filling 2/3 of net created jobs for at least the next 15 years.
