Week later, more than 300,000 Ohio votes remain uncounted
The Examiner ^ | 11-13-12 | Byron York

The presidential election results in Ohio were close: According to still-unofficial figures from the Secretary of State, Barack Obama won the state with 2,690,841 votes to Mitt Romney’s 2,583,582 votes — a winning margin of 107,259 votes for the president. In percentage terms, that is 50.18 percent of the vote for Obama, and 48.18 percent for Romney.

Allen West On Fighting For A Recount, Claims Of Voter Fraud
Real Clear Politics Video ^ | November 13, 2012 | Interview of Rep. Allen West by Sean Hannity

ALLEN WEST: And what the supervisor of elections of St. Lucie County said, Gertrude Walker, was that they went back and did a recount of the early votes that they had already counted, the first three or four days. What we’re asking is very simple. Let’s have a full recount of all of those early votes, because to have a full 4,000-vote swing in a 35-minute period is unconscionable.

California’s Uncounted Mail-In Ballots Reach Thousands
KABC-TV ^ | November 13, 2012

Posted on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 9:12:39 PM by Steelfish

California’s Uncounted Mail-In Ballots Reach Thousands November 13, 2012

SACRAMENTO (KABC) — There are plenty of vote-by-mail ballots in California that won’t count in the final November tally, largely because of postmarks and signatures. There’s a group out to change some of those ballot rules, hoping to boost voter turnout.

Thousands of vote-by-mail ballots throughout California are sitting in county registrar offices right now and will never be counted.

Some signatures on ballot envelopes don’t match the one on the voter registration card. Other ballots are from previous elections. But the most common reason a ballot doesn’t get counted: it is not in the county’s hands by 8 p.m. on Election Night. An Election Day postmark is not good enough.

Many counties don’t notify voters their ballots won’t be counted.

“I think it’s a dirty little secret that we’re keeping from voters, quite frankly, this vote-by-mail ballots that are too late to get counted,” said Kim Alexander, founder and president, California Voter Foundation.

In 2008, nearly half a million ballots were not counted in the three statewide elections that year.

Los Angeles County currently has more than 6,000 late ballots, while Santa Clara County has nearly 2,000. Sacramento County’s count is approaching 1,500.

Voter turnout could actually be raised if late ballots were included.

I am appalled over what has happened to this country and even our side.

Remember the gun running to Mexican drug lords?
Some on here said lets wait till we find out really all the facts even though we knew all the facts.

Then border agent got killed and some on here said we do not know for sure all the details, lets wait and not make ourselves look stupid.

Then we have the Lbyan attack and some said lets wait and find out

Then we have the lies and some said lets wait and find out\\Then we have an election stolen and some n here said lets more on, we don;t want to look stupid.

Now we have a Col being robbed but lets move on some say.

Then we now see a General who looks ot be black mailed by the Chicago machine and stil we have to wait till we get all the info before making a noise about this.

In general we always seem to move on whilst Pelosi and Reid can fight like mad for their agenda and make stupid accusations.

How anyone on our side can not get the info which is out there, look at these results and not come to a conclusion we had a rigged election just stuns me and I can;t even write what I think of them down on here.

Then we have a GOP who will still not ask this week.

Did the white hosue blackmail you?
During the attacks we know some were in the situation room was obama there?
Did he watch it live time?
Did he give the order to stand down?
Did he go to bed knowing about this attack?
Why did he go to Vegas?
If he was not told then why was he not?
Why has those people not been fired for not informing obama?
Obama and Biden said they were not told aboiut the attack that night but then said they were quick to call it terorism but then said it was a you tube video , why?
Why is the man who made the video still in jail?
Why did Rice go up there and not Clinton?

I coudl go on and on and yet not any of these important qestions will be raised.

Then we have Col West being robbed, in my state my vote did not count due to illegals, fraud, snow birds from the liberal nothern states, republican votes not counted.
ballot stuffing.

It;s so much crap right now but we;ll get questions like “if you were a superhero what powers would you want?”
or
“Who do yu think will win the game this weekend?”

The media is telling us about how fast this woman who was wtht he General can run, why for crying out loud we have more pressing issues.

But alas the idiots whic vote Dem think Benghazi was a leader in the middle east when Clinton was about, that is how stupid the left is.

The people who fought and died to preserve our freedoms have been rolling over in their graves no doubt every time we on the right have had the opportunity to preserve our own freedoms but did nothing.

We had a majority control in all three branches of government and yet did nothing whatsoever to fix the voter fraud problems that we have known and been aware of for decades. Hell, it’s common knowledge that Johnson cheated his way into office with dead people voting Democrat.

George W. Bush had four frigging years of Republican control of the House and Senate in which he could have fixed these problems. He didn’t even bother to address the issue...even after the 2000 election fiasco and circus. He also didn’t address the illegal immigration problems and issues. Why not? If you ever get the real answer to that question, you might figure it out.

I’ve already figured it out.

We’re screwed. Period.

“The people who founded this country fought and died to create the opportunity for all we have.

These words are no way to honor their sacrifice.”

HERE’S HOW TOUCHSCREENS KILLED ROMNEY VOTES. WHAT THE MACHINE EXPERT CLAIMS.
WND ^ | 11/13/2012 | Bob Unruh

Posted on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 8:31:40 AM by SeekAndFind

A Chicago voting-machine tech is sounding the alarm, claiming he witnessed multiple error messages on the voting touch-screens this election – but only in cases where people voted for Mitt Romney.

Steve Pickrum said he worked for Chicago’s election system during the early voting and Election Day voting for the 2012 race.

As an equipment manager for the system, Pickrum said, he responded whenever there was a glitch with a voting machine.

“On early voting, when I did work on the floor when voters needed help using the equipment, I was able to see the preference of the voter, and every time that I saw [a] voter voted for Romney a ‘voter save failure’ message came up on the screen,’” he reported.

Then when he went on Election Day to cast his own vote, he picked Romney and experienced the same error message.

Pickrum said he worked at both the Matteson voting area as well as in Precinct 70, and although he discussed the anomalies with his boss, had not yet filed a formal report.

He said when he voted, he was told by a precinct worker to just go ahead and assume that his vote had been tabulated, despite the error message. But since he knew the operations of the machines, he asked the poll workers to check the vote report, and they found his vote had not been counted.

He insisted on completing his ballot on another machine, he told WND.

Curiously, he reported he never saw the error message when the voter was choosing Barack Obama.

Another poll worker, this one assigned at the University of Michigan, reported a list of irregularities, including that the precinct captain told her at one point, “You go sit down, you’re bothering me,” when she was trying to observe the proceedings.

Imagine if he were a Dem or even this was happening ot a black veteran Dem?

The media would be in upraor.

I;ve just called my Gov, /AG, my reps state and fed, mailed them all .
Just in the process of sending mail to all local news media

Manc, I think the commie/muzzie/fag side will lose, but our side will have to get some fighting spirit. More and more individuals are seeing the light. If others do whatever they can do - as you are doing - there is hope.

Meanwhile, I’ll keep posting articles on the this thread that I see elsehwere on FR as my time allows:

Fort Pierce mayor’s candidate files injunction against St. Lucie elections supervisor

Melissa E. Holsman

FORT PIERCE — A Fort Pierce mayoral candidate filed a request for an injunction Tuesday against the St. Lucie County elections supervisor and Canvassing Board, asking the circuit court to postpone Wednesday’s recount, impound voting machines and review the election results.

Vince Gaskin asked the court to independently review “the difference in voting totals evidenced by voting machine ticker tape” before a recount of the mayor’s race, scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. Wednesday.

Gaskin’s lawsuit, assigned to St. Lucie County Circuit Judge Dan Vaughn seeks “immediate mandatory injunctive relief” to “address the difference in vote counting machine totals and the final total of votes of ... Nov. 1, Nov. 2 and Nov. 3 early voting ballots.”

“At this point, according to what we’ve been told by (St. Lucie County Supervisor of Elections) Gertrude (Walker,) once her and the Canvassing Board have certified the results, that’s pretty much it,” Gaskin said Tuesday. “That’s why we’re rushing to try and get this injunction filed before this recount happened because we don’t want these results to get certified without these questions being answered.”

Gaskin’s lawsuit also requested the vote-counting machines’ ticker tapes be impounded for review, claiming he has evidence of a “discrepancy between the actual machine count and the computer card used for tabulation of a final vote count.”

As of Tuesday, election results showed Gaskin ahead of opponent Linda Hudson by five votes after Election Day, and then ahead by 21 votes after provisional ballots were counted Thursday and Friday.

Hudson then took the lead by 61 votes after early votes from Nov. 1-3 were recounted Sunday.

“We are aggressively questioning that because we have the proof from what they gave us on Sunday. And that’s why we are so adamant about trying to get answers about this,” Gaskin said. “We don’t see where there is a problem with the machines. Whatever happened after we looked at those numbers and they took the cards and wherever they went, after that point, that’s where the problem occurred.

“It must be the (memory) cards,” he added. “But there was a problem with the Sunday count, and she (Walker) is saying the Sunday count was fine, and we disagree with that.”

Gaskin said he plans to contact Vaughn early Wednesday seeking an immediate a court order to stop the counting.

If Wednesday’s recount proceeds, Gaskin said he “can’t trust” the outcome.

Almost 1K ballots Found in Broward Elections Warehouse
WSVN-TV ^ | November 14, 2012 | Staff

Posted on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 3:15:45 PM by lbryce

LAUDERHILL, Fla. (WSVN) — Nearly a thousand ballots that were not included in Florida’s final count have been found in a warehouse in Broward County.

Tuesday morning and into the night, there was a buzz of activity at the Voting Equipment Center in Lauderhill, a week after the general election. There was a recount going on for two commission seats that were too close to call, one in Hallandale Beach and another in Dania Beach. Workers had to count those votes manually.

Also keeping elections officials busy is the fact that 963 filled ballots were found in a warehouse. The supervisor of elections, Dr. Brenda Snipes, said this happens all the time, especially when dealing with paper ballots. Her department is not the only one to have seen more ballots added to the final number after the election, and they have until Nov. 18 to certify all the votes.

Snipes noted that it is a routine thing to look for these kind of mishaps after election night and she is just glad that they are now being tallied into that final count.

Last Tuesday, close to 800,000 people voted in Broward County, some waited in lines for four to five and sometimes six hours. Many have said the news of these ballots add to their uneasiness about how the election was run. Florida was the last state to officially announce its election results, long after President Obama was officially announced as re-elected.

Snipes said there is no reason for alarm. “I’ve run several elections here, and this election was run no different than any other,” she said. “I think the difference with this election is that there was a close race between the two presidential candidates, and there was pressure put on everyone, including our office, to get all of the votes, count, count, count, so you don’t have an opportunity to check every box that comes back because you got to get what you got in hand and get it out of there, so if the voters would rather that we kind of sit back and relax and then clean up and find ballots. Then I think they would really be very upset.”

She said that further complicating this election was a very long ballot filled with proposed amendments. Snipes has promised that her department will meet their deadline by Sunday.
