I doubt very much this will ever happen. Barry and his commie ‘RATS know that if they shut off the cell phone grid and shut down the internet, the whole country would stop and the people would become a bunch of zombies walking around lost like the ones on “The Walking Dead”. Take away their “Smart phones” and the people living in this country are lost and clueless. Totally helpless and defenseless against the government.
How would you know if there had been? The old paradigm about us having a free and open press is no longer valid. I read a number of personal reports about looting and violence in many areas during and after the storm. Without fair and objective reporting, these widespread acts remain nothing but isolated incidents. It should come as no surprise that the liberal news media was so corruptly biased for Obama that they wouldn't dare report these events so close to the election. It did not and still does not fit their narrative about the re-coronation of their candidate.
In the former they risk being disappointed, the latter they risk their lives.
Yes....I experienced the same thing after my neighborhood was devastated by Hurricane Wilma.
No electricity for three weeks, some without clean water either. We took care of one another.
I’m at the Jersey Shore. While the devastation is amazing to me - and ongoing - there has been little looting.

I live in the heart of the hardest hit area of New Jersey. I know the worst affected areas well. There was no looting. In fact, there was less property crime than normal.

You have my sincere condolences for the loses you and your neighbors have endured. However, you not personally witnessing looting does not mean there was no looting. Moreover, it doesn't even mean that looting wasn't widespread. Basic logic here: you seeing looting in your area would be evidence that there was looting, but you not witnessing looting in your area can't prove that there wasn't looting elsewhere. Only an honest and objective press could accurately make such a general conclusion over a wide geographically area. This is why we desperately need a truly free press.
Since I have a car and my house was not flooded, I was on the road from Asbury Park through the Atlantic Highlands to Middletown and beyond. No looting; some state troopers in neighborhoods. They were sitting around doing NOTHING. Because I had no electricity, I went to an inner city area to work out of the public library. No one was looting although I saw horribly maimed houses and homeless people shepherding children around to local shelters.
Did people steal or loot? Probably. But nothing like you are suggesting. Sorry to disillusion you.
...and why is someone from Wisconsin telling me about my own neighborhood...
