Move over Charlie Sheen. Another “Two and a Half Men” controversy is exploding.

Angus T. Jones, who has played the role of Jake Harper on the hit CBS show since 2003 and reportedly earns $350,000 an episode, is featured in a new video for the Forerunner Christian Church, in which he calls the sitcom “filth” that contradicts his devout Christian values.

That’s not all. The 19-year-old actor even urges fans to stop watching.

I can’t stand the show. The content of the show is typical of what the degenerates in Hollywood want the rest of the country to think is ‘normal’.

It's always been on the racy side but amazingly enough it rarely veered into utter vulgarity until Charlie Sheen left or was forced out.

The maid is hilarious and so is the mother. Too bad they didn't take the opportunity to give them a little more air time.

Ashton Kutcher was a ridiculous choice for a “replacement” character, he added nothing and adds nothing. Charlie Sheen came across as himself, for better or worse, and was believable in the role. It was almost autobiographical, or it was plausible to think it was. Kutcher is not believable in the role, can't act, isn't funny and the stupid shines right through, so he's ultimately being himself because he just can't help it.

I am guessing he will have no future in Hollywierd from here on out.

That being said, I understand that there is a great new Christian movie production company in Athens Ga, at the Sherwood Baptist Church.

It’s called “Sherwood Pictures”, and they have made some very good movies like “Fireproof”, “Flywheel”, “Facing The Giants”, “Courageuous” and others.

I am sure they are on the lookout for good actors that want to help make high quality movies that help proclaim the Gospel to a lost world.

The part that Ashton Kutcher is playing is just ridiculous. As I understand it, he’s playing the part of a successful internet mogul, who is a billionaire.

Why would a billionaire share accommodations?

Aside from the rude and crude, it would have been far better to play the part of a guy who lost his job and started up an internet company. There is far more comedy potential from somebody who is struggling, then somebody who is wildly successful.

I've never seen the show, but I just googled how many episodes and there have been 209. $350,000*209=$73150000

Not too shabby.

Generally, the only time I’ve caught the show is when I’m traveling, stuck in a motel, with no internet, and so bored to tears that I turn on the tv-set. I don’t think I’ve ever sat through an entire episode, as within minutes, the show will make my skin crawl.

Really, really sick, degenerate crap. I actually try rather hard to avoid such putrid fare, because invariably it’s just so intensely depressing to observe and then reflect on how American culture has so grotesquely devolved. It’s like an open sewer.

Well, I do find some old ones, Lucy, Beaver, Cosby, you know the Clean ones.

II will be getting rid of my cable after next month, just tto much FILTH, news propaganda & sales shows. I can do without 250 channels of that crap.

I agree. The wise cracking maid and the mother were the funniest characters on the show. I rather enjoyed the show when Charlie Sheen was on it, haven’t really watched it much since – not so funny anymore. But is it a family friendly show? No. Is it something I’d want my five year old niece to watch? No. Do I always want to watch family friendly or shows only appropriate for my great grandmother or for a five year old? No!

When my grandmother used to come to visit, we’d have to watch the Lawrence Welk Show and Highway to Heaven – talk about cruel and unusual punishment. LOL!

Nobody is forcing anyone who finds offensive to watch it.

I also very much like the Big Bang Theory BTW.

He already has been written out of the show. He’s now in the military and his only spots are when he Skype’s to his dad.

I’m just curious to see how many times the word “crap” is used as we deplore the crudeness of American culture, so far, quite a few times.

Big Bang Theory is very well written, with some of the best realized characters on any network television sitcom airing today. Very funny. Witty and intelligent. Somewhat adult, but I wouldn’t qualify it as ever having been vulgar or trashy.

Years ago, my mother was appalled that this kid’s parents allowed him to be on such a trashy show. Maybe he turned out okay.
