Thanks for the rib recipe...did smoked spare ribs in a traditional weber(kettle)grill using a dry-rub(let sit overnight in the ‘fridge). They actually turned out pretty good(for a first time)but wish I’d done the cider vinegar spray towards the end to add that tartness you mentioned to complement the heat from the(dry-rub)pepper-flakes.

Just a quick question, my husband bought boneless ribs (why call them ribs) they would have to cook a lot less time, yes?

Yes, a bit less but I would use a meat thermometer, and wait until it reached 155.. That should make them really tender.. :)

Well the verdict is in. Dadto6 loved them, “the one that lives upstairs” thought they were great, the 15yo liked them, the 14yo loved them, the girl thought they were ok, and the little one was not impressed. I loved the flavor but just don’t see the point in ribs with no bones (that part was not your fault), it took some of the enjoyment out of them for me. Thank you very much for a dinner that was quite nice.

Wonderful, I’m pleased it received a majority.. LOL
I agree with you, there is a slight difference in the flavor of meat on the bone, maybe it’s the goop that is still on my fingers from cooking that adds to the experience, as I lick them... :)

You still got carrots in the fridge after all those margaritas? Here, try this.

Macaroni Vegetable Salad / Southern-style recipe
Mix 14 oz can Eagle/Condensed/Milk, cup vinegar, 2 cups
mayo, s/p. Add lb chopped green bell peppers, chopped
onions or scallions, 4 shredded carrots. Now add lb
cooked/cooled Rotini pasta. Chill 4 hours. Serve.
