If you think the “O” means “Off”, then it does.

Yet another excellent reason to not do business with Bank of America.

If they don’t like the kind of business someone is in, they have to inform the business that they want to close the account, explaining why.

Holding deposits without warning can cause the business to miss its payroll, to be late on taxes, and in effect to go out of business.

A lawsuit is in order.

We used to call this Grand Theft, and Conversion, unless there is something in their written policy allowing them to “Hold” funds willy nilly, because they don’t like the business the customer is in, Should be grounds for a Multi-Million Dollar Discrimination Lawsuit.

I agree. I wonder if any other banks have been given instructions from above to do this or if it is just a BofA thing?

Does BofA do business with pot farms?

Does BofA do business with abortion clinics?

Does BofA do business with “adult” entertainment?

BofA is the model of croney capitalism.

We absolutely will not do any business with B of A, and haven’t for quite awhile. One thing after another with that company, and there seems to be no end in sight to their foolishness.

Typical of the left they seem to be run by their emotions, and what’s in their pants, NOT their brains unless that is the location of their bodies their brains are located.

From the bank that provides debit cards/accounts to illegal aliens. This doesn’t surprise me in the least. It does, however, piss me off......so there’s that.

Discover the art of the deal:

Three frescos hanging in the lobby of the corporate headquarters of Bank of America in Charlotte, NC by former bank president and CEO Hugh McCall's friend artist Ben Long.

Interpretation? Hint: "EQ" seen in the left fresco stands for "Environmental Quality".

Bank of America: "Our Story"

Sort of weird, like the murals of Denver International Airport

BofA executives were caught laundering money for the drug cartels 10 years ago nothing happened to them.
