I recommend keeping a wide berth there. Trust me on this.

That information has been provided to that one. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink. Don’t waste your time is my recommendation.

Take it up with Rummychick, I responded to a single post.

Either way, your post was bunk.

It ain’t the ammo, it’s the gun. I know I’m a little late to the discussion, but any decent AR platform is designed for 5.56 ammo and will shoot .223 no problem. The issue is with guns designed for .223, like a bolt action varmint rifle, can’t handle the pressures of a 5.56. A .223 or 5.56 will feed just fine in either gun. The bullet (say a 55 gr.) is identical, the casing of a 5.56 is a little heavier and are loaded a little hotter.

Great questions. Keep the resistance to the democrat/media LIES going. They are all complicit in this scandal, and the fakers and phonies do NOT fool me. These “grieving families” are all frauds.

Eyewitnesses?

Hey genius, ALL of your eyewitnesses are LIARS and PHONIES. From that lying "nurse" Sally Cox to SUPER LIAR Gene Rosen or whatever his name is.

NONE of your "eyewitnesses" provide a credible or supported statement about what happened, and their emotional responses (like the faker "grieving family members" pretending to be saddened) are anything BUT genuine.

I agree.

Another false flag or staged event. I will not shed a tear or waste my time hand-wringing for these shenanigans. Our government is run by con artists and bamboozlers.

Until the majority of us know this, we will never have our Country back.

(And I refuse to argue with the posters who have their heads in the clouds. Most thinking people know this doesn’t smell right, but the raw reality of what is happening is too much to bear I guess)

<>Eyewitnesses<>

I made this brief list of links to eyewitnesses that shed light on some of the most asked questions regarding the Sandy Hook shooting. Please add whatever I missed:

1] Interview with one of two mothers who witnessed the kids running down to the firehouse, the Lanza’s Honda doors opened [indication that it had already been searched], the broken plate glass window at the front door, the unusual quiet just before the final gunshots rang out from inside the school, and the kids subsequently and orderly evacuating the building:

That's what we here eventually found out with the links at #112 and #116, despite some here getting their diapers all in a bunch over someone claiming that there was a lot of 5.56 brass casings all over the floor while the state police list the weapon used as a Bushmaster 223 caliber model XM15-E2S rifle.

Since 5.56 and 223 ammunition are apparently interchangeable in that model, it wouldn't be surprising to find a lot of one or the other or both.

Either way, whether 5.56 or 223 or a mix of each, the brass casings would point to the Bushmaster.

What I am dismayed about is your RIDICULOUS postings.

A person with inside information posts that 5.56 bullets are on the scene.

I know nothing about guns.

I do the research and as I find it I post it on the thread.

Yet, you continue to misdirect.

What’s the big deal if 5.56 casings are found. One has to do the research to find out if it is big deal or not.

As it turns out it MAY be a big deal

5.56 do different damage to a body than .223

I watched a video done by our military as they were capturing a group. They videotaped bullet casings. As it turns out, the bullet casings can remain intact and they have a stamp on them.

So was the insider right that 5.56 bullets were used.

IF there .223 and 5.56 casings on scene there may have been two shooters.

It still remains to be scene why the brother of the shooter’s residence had swat teams and area cordoned off that night.

And it still remains to be seen if Adam went to Hoboken to kill someone as was reported.

Unlike YOU, I actually do post whole information.

Such as the case with the 5.56 bullet.

Wrong -- he said 5.56 brass casings -- not bullets. Get it right.

Yeh -- after a full day of whining to the contrary of what you finally found.

So was the insider right that 5.56 bullets were used.

Get it right. He said 5.56 brass casings -- not bullets.

The bullets were in the victims and the walls, the casings were on the floor.

That may not mean that they were all 5.56 brass casings. He could have used a mix of 223 and 5.56 for all we know.

But either way, whether 5.56 or 223 or mix of both, they were all capable of safely being fired from the Bushmaster they found there.

“Yeh — after a full day of whining to the contrary of what you finally found.”

You are an ABSOLUTE LIAR.

Stop it.

In less than an hour since I saw that post I had posted the info that I found directly from the Bushmaster site. I found in an indirect way as I was looking at Gun sites talking about ammo .

Quite your lying.

I am really hacked off at the way Uncle Chip continues to lie about posts.

He is VERY VERY suspicious.

At 10:16:31 I asked this question

“So now let’s get to the gun . Any actual gun experts out there on the
Bushmaster .223 caliber— model XM15-E2S

Are they ALL equipped to handle a 5.56 . Can you jungle tape 5.56 in a Bushmaster and not have it jam up due to pressure.

123 posted on Saturday, January 26, 2013 10:16:31 AM by RummyChick “

Then this

http://www.humanevents.com/2011/02/15/223-remington-vs-556-nato-what-you-dont-know-could-hurt-you/

“ATK, the parent company of ammunition manufacturers Federal Cartridge Company and Speer, published a bulletin entitled “The Difference Between 223 Rem and 5.56 Military Cartridges.” In this bulletin, ATK stated using 5.56 ammo in a .223 rifle could result in “…primer pocket gas leaks, blown cartridge case heads, and gun functioning issues.” “

130 posted on Saturday, January 26, 2013 10:32:40 AM by RummyChick

Then this

“However, ATK dropped this bomb in the bulletin on the .223/5.56:

“It is our understanding that commercially available AR15’s and M16’s – although some are stamped 5.56 Rem on the receiver – are manufactured with .223 chambers.”

So, even if your AR is stamped 5.56, is it really? Check your owner’s manual or call the company directly and make sure you get an answer you feel comfortable with.”

http://www.humanevents.com/2011/02/15/223-remington-vs-556-nato-what-you-dont-know-could-hurt-you/

132 posted on Saturday, January 26, 2013 10:34:08 AM by RummyChick

Then this

All Bushmaster rifles are chambered to accept 5.56mm ammunition and always have been. The NATO Spec 5.56mm chambers have a longer “leade” or throat than the SAAMI Spec .223 caliber chambers which have about half of the leade or throat of the 5.56mm chambering. While it is safe to fire both 5.56mm and .223 caliber ammunition in our rifles, the 5.56mm ammunition should not be fired in rifles chambered in .223 caliber as they will develop very high pressures.”

http://www.bushmaster.com/faqs/afmmain.aspx?faqid=62

So , did Vance say if .223 or 5.56 casings were on the scene

WHAT CONTRIVED STRAWMEN

You are the one going around claiming that Law Enforcement at the scene were bungling idiots who don’t know how to treat a crime scene.

Why don’t you go ask a Law Enforcement officer if they would do what you claim was done -throw a piece of clothing over an open door to have it land in front of the vehicle while a shooter is still shooting inside a school.

yeah, I said bullet. I am not an ammo person.

The correct word he used is casing. Now quit lying about my posts

So I have to ask, why is Uncle Chip lying about my posts.

Why the big push in a discussion about 5.56 bullets being used in the crime. An insider claimed that 5.56 bullets were used.

5.56 bullets leave different kinds of wounds that some .223 bullets.

http://www.emich.edu/cerns/downloads/papers/PoliceStaff/Weapons%20,%20Technology,%20and%20Equipment
/Ammunition%20for%20the%20Patrol%20Carbine.pdf

I posted a picture of the way the 5.56 bullet fragments.

It does a lot of damage to the body.

The mother of one of the victims had a an open casket for her son. They put a cloth over the lower part of the face because the jaw had been blown apart.

this is an interesting post made in october about 5.56 ammo

http://ballseyesboomers.blogspot.com/2012/10/what-is-up-with-556x45-62-grain-ammo.html

So I guess we will wait to see what grain of bullet was used by Lanza.
