Breaking... Obama is tripling-down on gun control via executive orders. Sounds like the Class 03 FFL/C&R will be limited or abolished. Will seek to erase the limit on the EPA's regulating lead bullets. Here it comes, unless the Repubs do something.
Oh, Boy! That's going to do a lot of good?? Most of the public will treat the "O" executive orders the same was "O" is treating the recent NLRB Circuit Court decision...they will ignore it.
This will just mean that the price of Mosins and Mausers will go up, I believe.
I do not believe handguns are treated any differently by the feds than other firearms for sales within or across state lines.

I agree, Trying to paint him as a commie or muslim or America hater are small parts.

I think theres a natural disaster on the way and they know about it but cant stop it. They think telling the public would be worse then not.
This stuff will of course all be challenged in court. The DC circuit has been encouraging (though we still don’t know what he has on John Roberts). In any event they will take years to wind through the courts, during which time he will extract beaucoup dollars from lefty gun-grabbing groups. And if they get mad when they’re struck down he’ll likely be on a beach in Honolulu by then anyhow.

Obama and his cabal have already refused to faithfully execute many laws. The Defense of Marriage Act, for just one such example.
This is no longer a nation of laws, but rather a nation of selectively applied laws, with an elite faction and protected people groups that are not held to the same compliance requirements as the general population.
The TYPE 03 Federal Firearms License (FFL) is Collector of Curios and Relics (C&R)
NOT to be confused with
CLASS 3 Special Occupational Tax (SOT) that allows Type 01 FFL holders to deal, tax free, in Title I NFA firearms (machineguns, suppressors, short barrel shotguns (SBS), short barrel rifles (SBR), destructive devices (DD), and Any Other Weapons (AOW).
C&R = Curio and Relic.
I have one. Its an FFL that allows me to collect firearms directly if they are 50+ years old and are not on an exclusionary list.

What is to stop the ammo manufacturers from building plants in each state? Then interstate commerce does not apply.
