margarine is simply oils squeezed from natural plants. butter is processed mechanically out of milk with whatever amount of who knows what bovine growth hormone is in there ~ particularly with Western cattle.

Well soybeans and corn are genetically modified also so no joy there. Also once you’ve partially hyrdogenated the vegetable oil you’ve created a health disaster.

No, Margarine is hydrogenated.
Butter is not.

I try to buy milk and butter that comes from producers who do not use growth hormones.
