Oh, did I forget to mention the 160 acres of prime hunting/fishing land in the Kilbuck Mountains of western Alaska - geese, ducks, ptarmigan, salmon, trout, caribou, bear and moose? No utilities there - 99.9% of all the prime areas are far off the grid and the only comms are sat phones; jet boats and bush planes offer the only access, except in winter when snow machines can go anywhere depending on how much fuel you can carry! Fortunately, I’m too old to take “advantage” of all those opportunities due to old football injuries to knees and ankles!
