A witness said, The police told him to put down his gun and he wouldnt
so they shot him.
You go to know when to hold em and know when to fold em.

How many shots did the officer shoot?
Just curious. Anyone who points any weaponlike object at an armed citizen must reap the consequences.

If it had happened at Jones Beach the victim would have only been allowed to have 7 replica bullets in his ten-replica round replica clip.

Not only my old home town but my old neighborhood as well. Had the dumbass dropped the gun he’d still be alive.

The officer was not injured. Would have never figured that out without help...

There was an officer involved shooting in Bastrop, Texas (a few miles east of Austin) last week or so, and a man
in a wheelchair had a BB gun. His daughter called 911 to report that he was threatening to harm her, so the county mounties went to the address.
They told him to put the gun down, but he "allegedly" pointed it at one of the deputies. One emptied his full magazine into him, including one to the head. The guy only had use of one arm and hand.

The title says that the cop used a fake gun and killed a guy.
I was never sure if hbpd had real guns.
