I'm always prepared to be disappointed but I'm hoping for the best here since Orson Scott Card is one of the producers.

However, I was prepared to be disappointed with the remake of The Day the Earth Stood Still and it was still worse than I could have imagined.

I'm still hoping for the best.

(BTW, Card felt the the remake of TDTESS was "far better" than the original)
