I’ll say it again. I’d post it on a sign in my yard! I WILL shoot to protect my life, safety and property, as allowed by and in accordance with Texas law.
Why else would I have a firearm? So I can THROW it? Duh.
In Texas law I have NO DUTY TO RETREAT. Texas law is also quite liberal in its definitions of what has to be happening, and what you must fear, to use deadly force.
I’m not going “hunting” for anyone, but YOU ARE ON NOTICE that if you threaten me I WILL act in accordance with my legal rights.
Saying I’ll use the law, as well as obey it, is so obviously NOT putting me in any jeopardy that it makes me wonder if you really did talk to your lawyer... or just pulled that nonsense out of your butt. I’m going with the latter unless you or your sockpuppet lawyer pony up some case law.
Or maybe you talked to a CONNECTICUT lawyer? ROFLMAO, you really ARE dumb. Texas law and Connecticut law are a MILLION miles apart on this issue!
well, as a fellow freeper, i hope you never find out. peace
