It was never going to be in theaters. But it was blocked from On-Demand (for awhile at least) under the grounds that it was a political ad, paid for by unnamed corporations, which violated the McCain-Feingold campaign funding law. I’m sure there were appeals and I don’t know how those turned out, but that was the gyst.

IIRC, this movie was timed for play during her run for the nomination in 2004. I think it was suppressed in distribution by major chains and had to go an independent route. In the end, it amounted to very little damage.

The two scariest ovies I’ve ever seen so far were ‘Alien’ and a 1970 film about the French inquisition which was called ‘The Devils of Loudonne’. This one sounds scarier than either of those.
