Oprah's "education" is mind-numbingly nonexistent.
After bragging about knowing "her history" and the history of blacks, oops, I mean "african Americans," Oprah goes on to say... 1. Can't use the n word around her because that is the last word that MILLIONS of people heard as they swung from a tree. Really? Millions? 2. Back in the 60s, blacks didn't say "niggah, please," they said "negro, please." Who has ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever heard one black say to another black, "negro, please"?
One of the things that turned me into a conservative over the years is discovering how much liberals lie about most everything. No statistic or “fact” coming from the pen or mouth of a liberal can be taken at face value. All their assertions must be checked out. And even if at times they manage to tell the truth, they hide the facts more. They’re masters of the half-truth. For instance, during the Reagan years if millions of people got jobs thanks to Reagan’s economic actions, if a few people were out of job, the latter was much more publicized than the millions who were previously unemployed.
I immediately ran the numbers and sent him a letter stating that according to his numbers 388 people would have had to be killed each and every day for 353 years.
I asked a simple question; If his numbers were accurate, where were the bodies?
He never answered, imagine that.

I was watching underground cities today and they featured Dublin. It was all pretty interesting until they detailed the Viking raids for Slaves and casually dropped that OVER 10% of the entire population of Europe was enslaved. Furthermore, the word Slave comes from the Slavic peoples who suffered the worst under slave raids. Oprah and all the other racists need to STFU and learn something besides what racist revisionist black “Scholars” teach. The blacks didn’t suffer anything that the “whites” of europe didnt suffer and they did so in far smaller #’s.
Somebody needs to start a reparations movement for all of the europeans just to illustrate the absurdity of the blacks claims for reparations.

Many blacks think that hundreds of millions of blacks were taken from Africa, though the best scholarship finds the number closer to about 15 million.

Not logical. A vastly larger percentage of Americans are descended from slaveowners, including Dear Leader and myself. But then I'm also descended from men who fought to end slavery.
More importantly, that 385,000 people owned slaves in 1860 is true, but very misleading when you use the number to determine the number benefitting from the institution.
As with real estate today, ownership is generally vested in the head of the house, but we don't say the family doesn't own their own home.
In the Lower South, 40% of white families owned slaves, in the Upper South 25%, and about 10% in the Border State. I'm working from memory, so numbers may be a little off.

One of the problems is definition. Not all murder are lynchings. To my mind lynching implies a semi-public nature of the event, which is more or less the point, to terrify a segment of the community.
Emmett Till was from the mid-50s and is sometimes called a lynching, but it was a secretive crime, not a lynching to my mind.
Then the George Zimmerman trial and the Duke lacrosse charges were a form of lynching.
The fact that the Klan used lynching as a terror tactic has created a cottage industry in racial grievance. My home town, Cincinnati, is the center of this industry hosting the “Freedom Center” where all young blacks are propagandized with the lynching stories and a visit to the slave pen supposedly representative of the horrid conditions of slave life (but actually more like what all poor people lived like in 1840). Let them rant. Its all part of their game.
