I worked in corporate loss prevention a long time ago...let me tell you...this is beyond lawsuit...these cops should be in prison.

She moved her lips the wrong way! /s Seriously, all I can figure is the gave the cops some guff and they worked her over. She was seated in a chair the whole time, no arm-swinging, touching cops, attempts to flee, etc. ! Disgusting!!!

The cop was across the desk from her, she said something and he made a bee-line and went to work on her. Don’t see anything close to a finger bite.
If some jerk holds me down and starts beating me, a bitten ~finger~ is the least of his worries.
Cops are trained to defuse/ignore belligerent people.
Apparently these psychos chose to ignore their training.

This happened in Davenport, IA. It’s been on the local talk radio (WOC)for a while now, and the locals are supporting the cop probably 3-1.
The video is editted. She was biting the officer’s finger as he was attempting to use a pressure point technique to disable her, because she was not being cooperative. This was after being arrested AGAIN for shoplifting (and it wasn’t the first time she had used the kid as an accessory).
Officer has had to take the required shots/meds because of the bite.
I would like to see the entire video, and audio as well.
I have to admit, if I thought I was about to lose my finger, I’d probably be slugging the offender.
Put her picture up. Let her know that this is what happens to thieves. Watch crime drop.

This is the gender version of Trayvon/Zimmerman.
See a sympathetic picture and jump to a conclusion.
Fact is, she admits to biting his finger.
She shouldn’t poke a bear with a stick.
No doubt. The picture is absolutely horrible, but as with all things, the devil is in the details. Biting his finger he was entitled to hit her as hard as he needed to to get her to stop biting. No sympathy.

If you are stealing, then guess what? You will be held down. And don’t give me that police crap state.

Since I was military intelligence I knew a lot of military policeman. The MPs and the Korean National Police shared stations out in the city outside the gates of the camps (the “ville”) and we’d stop in during our pub crawls. One time, the Koreans had an older woman strapped to a straight back chair and were beating her with fists, clubs, truncheons, saps and throwing her across the room in the chair. What was her crime, I asked? She didn’t have her identification card on her person. Do you think they ever got into trouble for that?

Correct, and he’s black. The locals think he used his Chicago connections to get the editted video passed around the news outlets in Madiganistan.
That would be breaking in.
