Watch where you step or you might walk into a photobomb beat down.
Three people in Denver face charges for beating a man unconscious after he stepped into frame for one of their photos, authorities said.
The unidentified victim, 30, suffered facial damage, intracranial hemorrhaging and permanent blindness in his right eye, reported The Denver Channel.
In the early morning hours of May 11, that man accidentally stepped into the shot outside a bar and infuriated Bryanna Warren, 25, who started arguing with and pushing the man, according to an arrest affidavit.
He pushed back to get Warren off him and walked away. But Warren and Lindsye Newton, 25, allegedly trailed him and continued to lob insults.
The man eventually pushed them both away, at which point Terrell Moore, 27, allegedly punched him unconscious.
A police officer says he witnessed the blow and tried to protect the sprawled out man, but Newton kept pummeling him with her purse, even though he was already out cold, The Denver Channel said.
Moore is charged with second-degree assault causing serious bodily injury.
Newton and Warren are each charged with third-degree assault on an at-risk adult "for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground," the district attorney's office said in a news release.
Moore's bond was set at $10,000, Newton's was set at $5,000 and Warren's was set at $2,000.
They are scheduled to appear in Denver County Courtroom Aug. 22 and 23

Would these "insults" have happened to be racial slurs and epithets?
I give up; what’s a photobomb?
There will be no high profile civil rights violation prosecution of this case.
Photobombing is when you do it on purpose.
Okay.
Well then it seems to me that the assault victim did not actually ‘photobomb’ this group of thugs since he apparently did not purposefully disrupt their picture-taking.
I wonder why the headline writer thought it necessary to use the term.
“Newton and Warren are each charged with third-degree assault on an at-risk adult “for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground,”
IMHO, beating an unconscious (or any other person otherwise unable to resist or defend themselves) ought to be considered attempted murder.
I haven’t seen a forehead that big since the Kanamits in the Twilight Zone episode “To Serve Man”
IT’S A COOKBOOK! IT’S A COOKBOOK!!!
Woman pays someone to do her hair.
If Buckwheat had a daughter.....
To my surprise as well. A mamby-pamby cop!? Fire his arse.
These cowards would not be seen in times of serious tribulation.
What was she carrying in her purse?
I suspect I know what really happened. All speculation.
They had all been drinking, and they went outside the bar to take a picture.
Obnoxious drunk intervenes: “Hey, man! Take my pi-chur too, wif’ my arms around these hot babes!” (Or much, much cruder words to that effect, and maybe some grabby.)
The three: “No! Go away! Get lost!”
Obnoxious drunk: (spews a lot of obscenities, cursing at them and calling the women offensive names).
The pushing begins. I suspect that it can be argued as to who started it. The tempers of the three flare.
Then obnoxious drunk threatens them all and stomps off, saying he intends to retrieve a weapon, or that is his claim.
Why they followed him is a good question, and generally dismisses any argument of self defense.
Most all of this is speculation of “the other side of the story.”
If it had been a cop, he’d have shot them.

This is how the beating continues even when a cop is present. Citizens are no longer afraid of the taser, the police, or serious injury from police involvement . Arrival of police is just a chance at a lawsuit payday.
I know which scenario seems more plausible to me.
“Tried? A cop has a badge and a gun, what is this tried crap?”
“To protect and serve” was scratched from the fuzz motto
years ago. Today, trying to do so is defined as hiding
behind a dumpster and calling for backup.
