I believe that anyone who leaves a small child alone with a pit should go to jail.
That seems to be the ignored fact when any child suffers from an attack by a pit bull dog. It's all against the breed. I do believe there would be adults in charge of a five year old child. Why would they allow them to be together? I own a pit bull and that dog is in my total control 24/7. The breed is what it is. An adult does need to be accountable.
People are free to be as dumb as they want to be, no matter the year.
