An adult eating mcd’s hapy meals works. Iknow I did it.
A year ago i started eating a good breakfast. I found I dont piece around as much or eat heavier meals at other times. My weight is down 10 poiunds.

I refer you to the McDocumentary “Fathead” which refutes Morgan Spurlock’s “Supersize Me”...it is possible to eat McDonald’s and lose weight.
