Just heard Boehner say this on the hourly news five minutes ago regarding the Senate compromise.
Hey John, THERE HASN'T BEEN A VOT IN THE HOUSE YET. You are deciding we didn't win when you can still defeat this compromise which gives us NOTHING!
Lead, help...or get the hell out of the way!
If you pass this with the Democrates and a minority of Republicans you need to be out as the GOP leader and Speaker of the House tomorrow.

I wish Boehner would have had the balls to adjourn the House these last few days to allow congress to go back to their districts and hear from the people directly. That may have countered all the media bs.

Looks like Boehner is simply gonna take the vote to the House floor regardless of how many House conservatives oppose it. Updates from Congressional aides are essentially saying the same thing.

At bear minimum, Boehner shouldn't even be holding this vote until Harry Reid holds a senate vote on one of the many house passed bills to repeal Obamacare.
Sure, it would probably fail. And, sure, even if it didn't, the emperor would veto it.
But it would at least put the red state senators on record.

Actually he can be removed before he decides to ignore the Hastert Rule. When he schedules the vote, a republican caucus can convene to remove him and a new Speaker can table the vote.
