If he was your waiter, would you suspect he was homosexual?
Yeah, but he’s probably be the best waiter evah...
A little song, a little dance...
I just want the food I ordered, hot, and in a reasonable length of time.
When Dr. Marvin Baker heard about a gay waiter who had been [stiffed, as it were] Baker and his homosexual partner showed up for lunch to do their part to make things right. "I was angry... I said this is not Christian as I know it." ...message a couple wrote on the receipt earlier this week... started off with a complaint saying, "Thank you for your service, it was excellent." But then the customer goes on to say, "We cannot in good conscience tip you, for your homosexual lifestyle is an affront to God." Baker, who served as a pastor for many years and leads a Bible study group for LGBT members told the waiter this was unacceptable.
Me too. Guess that's why I never eat out!
Nowadays, it's not only critical to always pay cash, ya gotta remember to hang on to the receipt.
Has this particular scheme migrated over to grocery and department stores yet? This demographic wouldn't look suspicious for buying expensive belts, but I wonder what kind of "tips" the cashiers could put on the receipts at Macy's...
"Lavender socks are so gaaay..."
"This outfit you bought just screams 'homo'"
Etc.
How is the customer aware that the server is queer unless the server made some issue of it? I’ve certainly had servers that pinged the gaydar from across the room, but unless they made a deal of it, I can’t know for certain if they were or not. I’ve also met some people who are professed Christians who also pinged the gaydar but I don’t have access to what they are struggling with in their hearts. I’m not willing to make assumptions and, in the end, in any business context what matters is that they get the job done without drama that disrupts productivity or damages the customer’s experience. I suspect most Christians hold similar attitudes.
The problem I’ve found with certain queers is that they revel in being drama queens and stir things up with their constant attention seeking and victim-hood. Whatever they are doing it is about them and their sexual predilections. I suspect this waiter is in that category.
LOL! My oldest son works in a clothing store. “I can’t believe you bought that! It was 75% off because it’s soooooo last month!”
Because even black waiters complain about blacks stiffing them on the tip. My senior year of HS/ summers for my first couple years of college I worked in a restaurant and there were two groups you knew would be lousy tips... blacks that stiffed 90+% of the time and middle aged women that stiffed or short tipped about 2/3rds of the time.
sounds right to me.
I knew that was a possibility, I was merely saying that there had to have been a way for the customer to know that in advance, which meant he either asked or the waiter somehow made it blatantly obvious, either by telling the customer beforehand or making a serious of gestures which were probably designed to make it obvious. I was also acknowledging that while the customer should not have actively made it his business, there was a good chance the waiter made sure that everyone in public knew about it. And not all gays have a sort of built in set of mannerisms that they cannot control that make it obvious. It should be a given that they are not all the Will and Grace stereotype.
How did they know the waiter was gay? If waiter discussed his sexuality with me, I wouldn’t tip either.
When the truth comes out, and it eventually will, that the homo waiter or his accomplice perpetrated this fraud, the homo-genized media will bury it on page 74 of a 50 page rag.
Why does it have to be an agenda? I don’t go around crowing about an agenda based on some quirk in bed my wife and I might or might not have.
Frankly, it’s all no one’s business either way.
But we know the left requires the agenda be pursued at all cost.
