Duly noted. Someone whom I do not care about does not care about me.

Cristi has been selected by the DNC. Like Romney and McCain, I’m sure he will do all he can to make it look like he’s trying, but will be very careful to not accidentally win.

Drudge’s BFF Matt Rhoades’ wife Jamie Loftus is a loyal Christie operative. Rhoades was Romney’s campaign manager and fed all of the negative Newt and Santorum stories to Drudge.

If we let any form of media choose our candidates, then we've only ourselves to blame.
We've got to concentrate on ensuring that we offer a candidate who will offer an alternative to the liberal choice the Democrats will settle on (and quite likely Hillary Clinton.)
I'm not looking for perfection, but Romeny was simply a white Obama; both are big government junkies who were pushing federal health care.

Absolutely. In fact Krispy was one of the guys he did push last time, until it became evident that Romney would be the RINO candidate.
I usually find Drudge very useful at turning up stories I might otherwise miss, but his behavior during the last primary cycle was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t stand going there.

The DC GOP has ran out their chances with me. I despise Obama, so I voted for their moderate losers. They were unable to deliver. So...they are done. If it is the big mouth crude Poppin’ Fresh. I stay home.
No more. We know the worst, that is Obama, can’t get any worse than that.

I would imagine Obama (and the next Democrat POTUS) is good for Drudge clicks.

The drumbeat has already started. I can count how many times I've heard some pundit declare Christie as the only candidate in the Republican party that is “electable”. In fact I watched Candy Crowley use that very term to describe him last night. This is the exact same load of crap they did with McCain in 2008 and Romney in 2012. A couple years before the election they start saying how the party MUST choose “X” or the election is over. By the time the primary comes around, Republican voters have heard it for so long they start believing it and dutifully vote for candidate “X” even though they really wanted someone else.

Before the primaries were over last go 'round, I stated correctly that Romney was one of the few candidates "guaranteed" to lose the election. I'll say the same thing about Christie now even before the primaries begin. I will not vote for Christie. But ... let him be the GOPe poster boy. Disenfranchisement feeds the Tea Party.
