That's real retarded, sir.Quite possibly.
It is also quite possibly true that there is sufficient difference in body odor that dogs used to being around white people react negatively to people with a distinctively different odor than those they view as their pack.
The question is theoretically subject to a scientific study for determination.
It is notable that one of the main Chinese/Japanese reasons for aversion to white people is that they think we stink. Haven't heard anybody denounce them for racism for feeling that way.

Evidently the A/M agrees with Carpe Cerevisi.

While certainly possible, I'd suspect the reaction has more to do with the dog handler's reaction, as perceived by the dog and expressed by the dog without the social filter possessed by the handler.

Good luck getting funding for that one. On the other hand, when the Federal government funds testicle-bathing studies in Africa, perhaps there's a grant for everything.

That's funny. I've heard that too, and that the factual basis for it is higher meat content in the diet. It makes sense that different kinds of people smell different - diet, amount of sunshine/vitamins, etc. all make a difference. Anyone who's done heavy treadmill work while in ketosis, knows what I'm talking about. :)
