The workforce is even more stratified by race than you'd imagine. The differences in unemployment rates, participation rates, and average earnings between whites, blacks, and Hispanics aren't just stark. They're also sturdy, rarely yielding over the last 40 years.
The racial gaps are stark at the job level, too.
Whites account for about 81 percent of the workforce. But there are 33 occupations counted by the BLS (particularly those on farms, around heavy machines, in doctor's offices, and in C-suites) where whites officially account for nine in ten of all workers, or more. Here they are.

That's not racist, that is reality. Check out the FBI statistics.
An interesting list of occupations. Almost all are jobs requiring hard and concrete measures of successful results. These are largely not jobs like social workers, educators, artists or musicians.
I live in central va with a higher than average black population. On day by day basis I hardly ever see any blacks working at all. Not sure how they survive without uncle sugar.
In the north states and especially the upper Midwest, it's very rare to see a black farmer. One big reason is that outside the big cities, many parts of the upper Midwest have little or no black populations. I live in an area surrounded by farms. (My property borders one) I've never seen a black farmer.

Very good question. Let's check the numbers of black employees at The Atlantic and other lib p.c. mags. What do you bet it's a lot less than the pct. of blacks in the general population?

I adopted Buford, a pure American English Coon Hound, in July. There is one black family on my block and each member of that family has asked me indpendently what kind of dog he is.....Before I realized it, I had told all 5 of them at different times, “He’s a coon hound.”
I didn’t realize until later that they might find that offensive....oh well....
Our company goes out of its way to hire minorities for machinist positions. they usually dont work out. Being a machinist means math, trig, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Most people nowadays (any race, but very prevalent in the “don’t-tell-me-whut-to-do” crowd) dont have time for that. There’s an absence of pride in accomplishment as well. On top of that there is absolutely no concept of tools any more. JM2B.

It is also quite possibly true that there is sufficient difference in body odor that dogs used to being around white people react negatively to people with a distinctively different odor than those they view as their pack.
The question is theoretically subject to a scientific study for determination.
It is notable that one of the main Chinese/Japanese reasons for aversion to white people is that they think we stink. Haven't heard anybody denounce them for racism for feeling that way.
Where I work some can do the job and some cannot. Those who cannot are let go. We really don’t care about percentage of ethnic representation because if you can’t do your job someone gets hurt.
Judging by the comments by many of the uh commenters, I'd bet most libs believe there is still some sort of a heavy hand of white, male oppression that keeps women and minorities down. A number of them were even outraged at the thought that white culture might be superior to black or minority culture. Who knew that staying in school, staying out of trouble, and having a good attitude might lead to good living choices. (smirk)
