Think of Obama-Care as the process of buying a used/new car.You are the seller, the interested party likes the car but wont pay the asking price. As the seller, you are now in the negotiating stage, you lower the price another thousand. The buyer still says no. Just like with the monthly fees of Obama-Care. You would assume by now that "The Powers That Be" would be backing into a corner and will have to lower the monthly fees to sell their product.Well, it is called the "Affordable-Care-Act". So lets make it affordable and offer plans between Fifty and One-Hundred Dollars a month. Problem Solved !!!

Larry Kudlow this morning on talk radio said, “why help ‘save’ Obamacare? “Give Democrats enough rope to hang themselves.”
What happened to the strategy two weeks ago of the Republicans stepping aside to let Obamacare fail?
Rush has been talking daily about how the Rinos and the rest of the spineless GOP are pissing in their pants worrying about being seen as bad. The difference this time though is if the GOP helps save Obamacare the primary anger will be shown against those Republicans running in 2014 coming from conservative voters.

> Why not just make it free or all DemocRATS? That would be super cool, right?
Thuper and fabulous...and fitting
$50/month doesn’t cover the mandatory coverage items in an individual policy, much less provide coverage for someone who cannot afford the premiums [subsidized Obamacare recipients].
Obamacare is based on the concept that younger will pay in and use less, thus providing more for those who cannot pay but are receiving subsidies — that the younger pay.
That is what makes it difficult to provide waivers or delays in the individual mandates.
“Larry Kudlow this morning on talk radio said, why help save Obamacare? Give Democrats enough rope to hang themselves.
The RATS are going to try and fix this and will blame Repubs for the system not working if they block the “fixes”. The Republican mantra should be that the law is fundamentally flawed, CANNOT be fixed and must be REPEALED.
Your post demonstrates a major misunderstanding of economics. You’re arbitrarily “fixing” a price for something in hopes of generating more demand, but insurance premiums, and healthcare services are not arbitrary costs.
Educating doctors and healthcare workers costs money. Medical research costs money. Life-saving medicines and devices cost money. Those big buildings where they treat and allow patients to recover from illness cost money. Your arbitrary $50 per month premium simply isn’t enough to cover all those costs.
Yeah, it’s going to force retired Military over 65 onto unaffordable 0care. And force us to mail order our meds from express scripts. Fine and dandy if you live where there are no thieves, and you are always home to get the UPS package thrown on your porch by some uncaring person that their might be breakable bottles in the box. And you don’t mind which manufacture your drug comes from. Or the increase in co-pays. we have seen over the last 2 years. Meds are NOT free from express scripts, lots of drugs are ‘flagged’ and they are all generic, except where they can’t get around the patten. and if they can be bought OTC you will have to go that route as es is going to start forcing TFL carriers to purchase their own OTC meds that your dr usually writes as a cheaper generic RX.
BTW the drug stores are now just reaching for their own brand of OTC and charging store prices instead of the TFL co-pay prices. A $17 RX generic just became a $39 generic OTC!
Medicare is next.
lower the premium to $50/month and raise the minimum wage to $50/hour and you will end up only needing to work one hour a month to afford health care insurance. Problem solved.
Glenn Beck this morning is saying what the slime media won’t.
Beck is calling McCain a dirt bag, weasel, now claiming that this is HIS idea alone to repeal Obamacare.
I have more words for that scumbag McShame, but they are not allowed here.. Call me a proud Waco Bird.
New Call for Total Repeal of Obamacare From Unexpected Senator
Nov. 13, 2013 10:12pm Jason Howerton
After repeatedly bashing senators like Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Mike Lee (R-Utah) over their crusade to defund Obamacare, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) called for the total repeal of the Affordable Care Act on Wednesday. Its a quick turnaround after the longtime senator, in September, proclaimed that it was not rational to think Obamacare could be defunded or repealed.
McCain the weathervane. At least this indicates a momentum for repal is building. Of course they will need a veto proof majority in both houses to get repeal past the CommieinChief.
Insurers cannot charge whatever they want as state regulators must approve rates and the feds require justification if your increase is 10% and over. In addition, if the market segment for the insurer does not pay out enough in claims, then the insurer has to pay a rebate to their customers.
Hello Newbie....go back to the drawing board or DU since you think there can be a 3 person Presidential ticket!
They already have this plan in their back pocket.
It’s called the Public Option.

ABC, CBS Notice Obama’s ‘Lowest Ever’ Approval Rating; NBC Out to Lunch
By Matthew Balan | November 13, 2013 | 18:48
On Tuesday, ABC’s World News and CBS Evening News both reported the latest poll numbers from the “respected” Quinnipiac University, as CBS’s Scott Pelley labeled the institution, regarding President Obama’s “lowest ever” approval rating, along with Americans’ dim view of the politician’s honesty. ABC’s Diane Sawyer noted that “for the first time in his presidency, a majority of American voters 52 percent...say President Obama is not honest and trustworthy.”
52%, eh?
That’s good, but not good enough.
I’d like to see 82%, which would just leave the people who judge him by the color of his skin and not the content of his character.
