I thought it was one of the cooler recent space movies. Very original show with a cool plot twist at the end.

I don’t think much of contemporary entertainment and watch little.

I happened to see Cloverfield and thought it was good.

The Andromeda Strain

Crichton was the best.

Why do you (and another poster) think Cloverfield is so bad?

Questionable list. Come on, Sphere? I both read the book, and saw the movie. Crichton totally mails in the last couple of chapters, just awful. Cloverfield? Saw it, was not impressed, yeah it was different, but not so much really. Superman II? Ehhhh.....
I got 41 out of 50, there were some obvious ones that I havent seen yet, just haven’t gotten to them.

Avatar is only watchable for special effects. The plot is predictable and banal.

“Really? You’ve never seen Star Wars, Close Encounters, ET, Alien, or Superman? Are you human?”

I’ve seen all of those, like most Americans of a certain age.

Truthfully, if one hasn’t seen any of them, it’s not much missed.
