Kinda funny. On Doctor Who, David Morrisey played a guy who lost his wife and son and went nuts.

The Gov is one of the better evil characters I’ve seen on TV.No question. Morrisey was an excellent casting. The man is brilliant, and you could see the good/evil struggle in his every move, every comment. While it didn't make the character sympathetic -- the evil was too great -- it did make the character have depth.
