The Gov wasn’t very good with the sword. It took him at least 3 swings to finally get Hershel’s head detached.

Clearly he wasn't a Muslim.

The end showed the zombies headed into the prison. If the group comes back, have to start all over and clear out the zombies and some will have to put the fence back together.

Dude, if they try to bring the Governor back as an active character, that will utterly kill the series for me.

I mean, I suspend disbelief TO A POINT....

Right, he had been shot, in the leg, and it looked like a solid hit. So.....now that you mention it, Rick actually put in a great showing.

The Gov is one of the better evil characters I’ve seen on TV.

Yup, its time to move on from the Governor troubles. The rest of this season will be the prison bunch trying to find each other and find a place to be.

If they pull some crazy s*** like having a man RUN THROUGH WITH A SWORD in a environment with NO HOSPITALS OR TRAUMA TEAMS and he lives.... Just: No.

If they play it that way, the series will have gone into old 1970's "A-Team" territory, and it will lose me.

Kinda funny. On Doctor Who, David Morrisey played a guy who lost his wife and son and went nuts.

Me, too, but it looked like Rick had been shot in the leg? Rick was doing pretty well all things considered IMO.

The Gov is one of the better evil characters I’ve seen on TV.

No question. Morrisey was an excellent casting. The man is brilliant, and you could see the good/evil struggle in his every move, every comment. While it didn't make the character sympathetic -- the evil was too great -- it did make the character have depth.

Lots of British actors on the show. The governor, Rick, Maggie is American born but British raised. Even the black guy who played Morgan was British. (He plays a crooked Detroit cop on Low Winter sun now)
