Well said and agreed. Quite a few common men are already making castings (metals), cutting parts, rebuilding engines and transmissions and much more. Some common women are getting much more involved in textiles (spinning, knitting, weaving,...) and other productive practices. Only a few examples there. People don’t do much in such activities without being very motivated.
Why are you posting pictures of a doorstop?
Never had problem number one with my so-called "doorstop" in 6 years. Have you ever used one?
Yes. They are very accurate. I have had two of them. I love their carbines, but don’t care much for the handguns.
I had really bad feed problems.
I have to admit I am a handgun freak. I daily carry a Kahr PM9. I have a bunch of sigs and a bunch of glocks.
I am not a 1911 guy (all 9 mm) and have never owned a Kimber, fwiw.
YMMV. Never had a problem. Got mine because I was working for a friend in security and he had outfitted his whole force with the C9 9mm pistol, due to money issues when he first got going. Now he could issue Korths if he really wanted to, but he still uses Hi-Points. He guards many high end companies and celebrities that you’ve heard of.
I regularly pick up the occasional C9 Hi Point at local gunshows, sometimes with the compensator on the end. I take them home, take them apart, wash them down completely with WD40, blow them dry with my compressor, put them back together and shoot them in my garage range. NEVER had a 9mm that wouldn’t shoot. One 45acp was too finicky so I ground downa nd polished the feed ramp. Worked fine after that. I sell them for 25 to 50 profit at the next gunmshow and get another one. Gun makes a great nightstand weapon but too heavy for everyday carry. I prefer the Bersa Thunder 9 UC Pro, with a sixteen round backup or two.
